Hi there!

Thank you for visiting my website! My name is Niek van Rooijen and I have over 16 years business experience. I have predominantly worked in financial and commercial environments where I have gained solid experience in setting up new business lines, managing teams, financial analysis, company analysis and driving business operations.

Stemming from my 5 years in the Royal Netherlands Marine Corps prior to my business career, my strong passion has always been to align the company’s mission, challenges and targets to that of its employees. Having creative empowered employees and managers strengthens the companies’ DNA, its results and minimizes energy being wasted.

Going on different trainings and missions in the elite forces taught me how relevant a team-oriented culture is to achieve the ultimate performance and reach the goals as set. In some cases we were clearly outnumbered and out-equipped but the strong team principles in most cases brought us to victory. During my business career team performance has been a strong focal point for me and I have seen and created very strong teams.

As evidenced by research building strong teams is often one the most complex tasks of organisations. Therefore, I decided to dedicate even more energy to the topic and put my knowledge to help individuals, teams and organisations.
